This apartment was our first ever investment purchase in April 2004. We paid £146,000 for it. It's never been empty and tenants seem to love the apartment (which has secure parking) and the location - it being within walking distance of Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road tube stations! The yield on this little gem is quite astonishing.
