"A selection of properties in our personal portfolio"

This 4 bed townhouse is one of a pair of semis that we were able to purchase with no deposit in Summer 2007 after securing a 20% discount from the developer. It is a large and spacious property that has never had a void period. It is currently rented out to a hotel manager and his family. |

We originally purchased this stunning two bed/two bath designer apartment for Nick while he was working in the Leeds area. As it was a home for a period of time, we spent a bit on it making it really special. This has meant that it has proved very popular with tenants when we decided to let it out. They love the designer feel and chose it because "it stood out from the crowd". With gated parking, and situated in the heart of the bustling community of Chapel Allerton - the Portobello of Leeds - this stunning property is a worthy addition to our portfolio. |

This delightful two bed house has proven to be a bread and butter workhorse. It's never had a void since we purchased it in 2007. It is situated in a pretty mews development walking distance from Warminster High Street and mainline station. |

This massive 1800 sq. foot four bedroom town house is one of the jewels in our portfolio. One of our clients purchased two of them, he liked them so much and saw the potential. We chose to single occupancy our house, although our client runs them as multi-lets and achieves in excess of £2K per month rental. We were able to structure these deals as "no money down" in November 2007, so did not have to pay a deposit or stamp duty. We wish we had purchased two too as the cash-flow off this house is amazing, even on single occupancy. |

This stunning one bed designer apartment was purchased in 2006. It has benefitted recently from the opening of the new Langdon Park DLR station, which is now approx. 30 seconds walk from the apartment! Of course, we knew that the DLR station had approved planning permission at the time of purchase. This apartment is a fantastic example of I.C.I. - investment, communication, and infrastructure. It has been let for the past two years to a lady who works as a manager in the City. It looks out over a park and is a few minutes walk to an Asda supermarket. |
|
We purchased this 2 bed 2 bath apartment in early 2005. It has the most stunning views of the reservoirs and the skyline of the City of London. It has proved very popular with tenants, being a 10 minute stroll from BlackHorse Road tube station. |
|
We purchased this stunning 2 bed apartment off-plan in May 2004. It completed two years later. It is situated just across the road from our Highbury one bed, and benefits from the same fantastic location. This property has been occupied since completion by two brothers who work in the City. |

This house is very unique and was designed by Red or Dead designer, Wayne Hemmingway. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and high vaulted ceilings. It has always been let to young professionals who love the location close to the M3 motorway and Basingstoke business parks. |
